About Us

Spread Spencer's Sparkle started out as a kindness movement in honor of Spencer Stephens who passed away in November 2020 at the age of 18. Spencer was traveling back to college after spending Thanksgiving weekend with his family, he did not survive his injuries from car accident.

Alongside providing scholarships, supporting & sponsoring local programs, we are also the first non-profit in Englewood to be connected to the LGBTQ+ community! We hope to bring more visibility and awareness to Englewood while spreading kindness and love!

To be loved by Spencer was a huge honor! American Eagle Influencer, fierce fashionista, talented performer & singer, musician, courageous, brave, and earning the title of 2019 Homecoming King as openly gay. Spencer served others, cared for others, deeply loved others unconditionally and had a zest for life. His faith and authenticity continues to blaze a trail here on earth and his light will forever shine!
