Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and trustworthy experience
- Communicate clearly with technicians and clients to provide accurate, honest service recommendations
- Manage appointments, repair orders, and follow-ups with efficiency and attention to detail
- Maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to a positive, team oriented atmosphere
Pay & Perks:
- Starting salary: $45,000–$55,000/year based on experience
- Bonus opportunities available – top performers can earn $60K–$75K+
- Paid training included – we'll set you up for success
You Might Be Our Ideal Candidate If:

- Previous service advisor experience preferred
- Familiarity with NAPA TRACS is a plus, but not required
