Receptionist
Arnold Insurance is looking for a friendly, organized, people-first Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. If you love helping people, answering phones, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great fit.
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, professional attitude
Help clients with basic questions and direct them to the right team member
Manage light administrative tasks (scheduling, emails, data entry)
Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable on the phone and with basic computer systems
Prior receptionist or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
Stable, well-established local business
Supportive, team-oriented environment
Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
Competitive pay based on experience
