Description

Wait staff (Part-time and or seasonal position) They are hostesses, waiters, waitresses, bussers, bartenders, cashiers, cleaning crew, inventory specialists, event specialists, and all around go to people with a smile (assist all departments in time of need)

· Wait staff must be visible out front so that members can see and request services without entering kitchen to look for assistance

· Responsible for the opening, closing and reconciliation of cash register operations

· Responsible for knowing menu details and specials for the day

· Responsible for the setup and busing of all tables

· Responsible for carrying trays of food and glassware to/from tables for service

· Responsible for keeping all tables and chairs including seats clean and free of debris

· Assist Food and Beverage Director in managing inventory (order planning) of dry goods used around the counter area

· Responsible for keeping Grill Room and Counter Areas neat, clean, free of debris and fully stocked at all times

· Responsible for the set up for parties including relocation of furniture (may require some heavy lifting) before and after

· Responsible for dusting all furniture, windowsills and blinds in bar, dining room and outside dining areas

· Responsible for glass on all doors, glass case and inside dining windows

· Work together to get all tables taken care of, this is a team effort

· Maintain a current Food Handler Certificate

· Follow proper food handling techniques

· Responsible for securing front of house and checking that back of house is also secured at close of each day, concession left in a clean and orderly fashion for start of next day

· Ability to carry trays of food and drink

· POS skills a plus

· Previous experience a plus but not required, will train

· Bartending skills a plus
