Andes Volunteer Community Clinic pharmacy is committed to providing no-cost medications and compassionate pharmaceutical care to uninsured and underserved adults in Charlotte County who meet eligibility requirements. Through the dedication of our pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, volunteers, and supporters, we help ensure that every patient has access to the medications they need to live healthier lives. Our pharmacy operates in a supportive, compliance-focused environment with no sales quotas and no dispensing of controlled substances, allowing our team to focus entirely on safe, patient-centered care.
Position Highlights
- Provide PRN coverage during staff absences or higher-volume periods
- Monday–Friday schedule – enjoy your weekends off
- No controlled substances dispensed
- Serve patients in a low-stress, community-focused setting
- Be part of a small, dedicated team committed to quality care and service
Requirements
- Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License
- Experience in a retail or outpatient pharmacy setting preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
- Passion for helping underserved populations
