Schedule & Perks:
• 3 nights per week
• Sundays OFF
• Holidays OFF
• 3 weeks OFF in the summer 
• Drug-free, drama-free kitchen (non-negotiable)
Experience:
• Sauté experience a plus
• Italian cuisine experience a plus
• Reliability, pride in your work, and a good attitude are a must
