Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before and during shifts
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, and slicers safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment throughout the shift
- Assist in daily cleaning tasks, including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and kitchen leadership
- Perform opening and closing duties for assigned stations
- Support other cooks and kitchen staff during busy service hours
