Benefits

  • Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before and during shifts
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, and slicers safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment throughout the shift
  • Assist in daily cleaning tasks, including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
  • Monitor food safety standards and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and kitchen leadership
  • Perform opening and closing duties for assigned stations
  • Support other cooks and kitchen staff during busy service hours
