OFFICE COORDINATOR POSITION DESCRIPTION The Office Coordinator ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the Charlotte Community Foundation (CCF) by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office services, and supporting staff and visitors. This role is central to maintaining an organized, welcoming, and efficient work environment and often serves as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and partners.
