Mario Cancio is a seasoned construction executive, traveling senior superintendent, and Vice President of CSI Construction Experts with more than 30 years of experience leading complex, high-profile construction projects across the United States and Canada. His career has been built on delivering demanding projects with precision, discipline, leadership, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Mario’s extensive background includes food processing plants, rail and metro systems, industrial facilities, cold storage operations, heavy civil infrastructure, high-rise concrete structures, large-scale commercial developments, residential construction, and structural restoration. Throughout his career, he has consistently been trusted to lead projects where schedules are aggressive, coordination is critical, and performance expectations are exceptionally high.
He has successfully managed and delivered projects for major organizations including Bakkavor, H-E-B, CSX, Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and Dallas Area Rapid Transit, along with numerous industrial, infrastructure, and rail clients throughout North America.
Today, as Vice President of CSI Construction Experts, Mario oversees residential and commercial construction operations throughout North Port and surrounding regions. Under his leadership, the company specializes in:
