Office Manager

The Office Manager of St. David’s provides overall support and
coordination for the office work pertaining to the business aspects of
church life. The position reports directly to the Senior Pastor of the
Church.
The Office Manager works closely with the church council, in particular the
Treasurer to manage the business of the parish including the areas of
finance and accounting, human resources, facility management, staff
management, and communication.
The Office Manager seeks to provide a safe environment, to run an
efficient and economical facility, and to facilitate organizational
communication.
This part-time position requires strong organization skills, computer skills,
knowledge of web, social network communications and a commitment to
being a person of goodwill and strong ethics, and caring for our
community.
Training and experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel a must.
