Part time Preserve Manage
Lemon Bay Conservancy seeks to hire a part-time Preserve Manager to lead ongoing maintenance and improvement work at LBC’s 80-acre Lemon Creek Wildflower Preserve in Grove City, Florida. The position is an outdoor, field-based position that will require work in preserve upland and wetland habitats, including physical work in hot and humid temperature conditions. A major element of the position is coordinating safe, fun work efforts of preserve volunteers.
The work week consists of two to three four-hour workdays each week (8-12 hours/week). Occasional Saturday work may be required. Workdays may occasionally be rescheduled based on weather and field conditions. Start times between 7:00-8:30 AM will be typical but may be adjusted based on project needs.
