Bookkeeper & School Coordinator (Englewood)

We are looking for a person to enter payroll and do accounts payable.

Job duties include processing payroll, pay accounts payable, creating monthly reports, data entry, and filing. In addition, this person will coordinate our public school program and, along with other staff, will answer the phone and offer our driving instruction courses.


• Verify and process the company's bi-weekly payroll.
• Manage accounts payable.
• File records and coordinate the Public School Program.
• Compile monthly information for the accountants.
• Enter data, maintain records, and create reports.

Requirements and Skills

• Bookkeeping experience.
• Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable.
• Ability to calculate, pay, and post figures and records.
• Data entry skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus.
• Able to use Paycheck software for payroll.
• Customer service orientation and good organizational skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

This position is FULL TIME Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
This position could be PART TIME Monday through Friday and 30 hours a week.
