Front Desk/ Office Support
Coastal Pools & More is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our growing team!
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Answering inbound calls and assisting customers
• Scheduling pool service and maintenance appointments
• Entering and updating customer and job information
• Ordering materials, supplies, and parts
• Providing general administrative and office support
• Assisting customers in our retail showroom
• Supporting our construction, service, and management teams
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be comfortable using computers, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Customer service or office experience is preferred. Knowledge of the pool or construction industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
