At High Tide Home Watch Services, we prioritize quality and offer a range of services for all residential properties. Whether you own a vacation property, are a seasonal homeowner, or frequently travel, we have you covered. Our basic home watch service is based on the water zone method and includes cycling water in all areas to check for leaks, humidity levels, a thorough visual inspection of your property, and the safe collection of mail and packages. We also provide digital reports that include images, date, time, and GPS coordinates after each visit, and we immediately communicate any observed issues to you. In addition, we report on any deficiencies we observe with your vendors and can add water to your pool or spa if levels are low. Home watch services are essential to prevent problems that may occur when homes are unoccupied, and we offer a range of service frequencies or can customize our services to meet your specific needs. All property keys are locked in a key cabinet when not in use. Each key has a code on it that only your home watch professional knows. We do not put any address on the key tags as your privacy is important to us. We recommend speaking to your insurance agent to ensure your policy requirements are met.
